My beautiful Mia. My first homebred puppy. We could have participated in so many shows, so many great results could have been ahead of her, but unfortunately in July 2024, after the first litter, she broke her left front leg. A typical Italian Greyhound leg fracture. She was operated on immediately, but at the clinic she caught a very serious MRSP infection, which required a total of 6 surgeries. It took more than half a year for the implant to come out of her leg. She suffered a lot, but fortunately the rehabilitation went well, she can use both front legs perfectly. Since I cannot know what was the cause of this injury, genetics or just an accident (I never get an answer), it is with a heavy heart that I have decided to remove Mia from the breeding program.
